This notice explains how we handle the personal data you give us when you request early access to NextDevice.

Who else sees your data

Nobody buys or receives your data for marketing. It is stored on our infrastructure provided by Cloudflare (Workers KV). Cloudflare may process data in data centres outside the UK under its standard contractual safeguards (UK IDTA/addendum).

Your rights

Withdraw consent / unsubscribe — reply to any email or write to hello@nextdevice.uk; we delete your record.
Access, correct, or delete your data; receive a copy; object or restrict processing.
Complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk.

What we don't do

No automated decision-making, no profiling, no selling or sharing of your data for advertising.
